💼 About This Role

You'll own ticket flow and onboarding readiness for an Australian MSP, ensuring operational bottlenecks are removed across support, sales, and accounts. This hands-on role reduces escalation dependency and improves service desk efficiency and consistency.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prioritize and assign tickets to appropriate skill levels (L1/L2/L3) ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Prepare client environments pre-deployment, checking security and configuration alignment.
  • Coordinate between support, onboarding, sales, and accounts to remove bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support standardized workflows and compliance checks.

📋 Requirements

  • Level 2/3 technical support experience.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Intune endpoint management.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs).
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate work effectively across teams.
