You'll lead a pop culture retail store to achieve sales targets and operational goals. You'll recruit and develop a passionate team while providing excellent customer service. This role offers the chance to make a social impact by helping eliminate hunger.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
