Description

You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or via telehealth, while collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams. You will also have opportunities for continuous learning and in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or 1 year + fellowship/urgent care in past 5 years
• State licensed in Maryland
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Proficiency with technology for high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures as needed
