You'll lead the strategy and execution of companion diagnostics across global drug development programs, ensuring biomarkers are seamlessly integrated into clinical pipelines. This role directly influences how targeted therapies are developed and delivered to patients in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end CDx strategy across clinical development programs
• Partner with Translational Discovery to define biomarker strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external IVD partners on assay development
• Drive regulatory strategy for CDx submissions and health authority interactions

📋 Requirements

• PhD with at least 5+ years industry experience in clinical biomarker development and CDx
• Deep expertise in clinical development and regulatory requirements for IVD/CDx
• Hands-on familiarity with NGS, IHC, and FISH diagnostic technologies
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs in matrixed environments
