Description

You will implement and oversee the company's quality management system for construction projects, ensuring processes and deliverables meet industry standards and customer expectations. You will drive a culture of quality excellence and collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and monitor progress.

Requirements

• Minimum Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience in quality management in construction, preferably large-scale projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality management systems

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce quality management system and quality control processes
• Conduct audits and inspections to assess project quality performance
• Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and metrics
• Provide guidance to superintendents and engineers on quality standards
• Manage a team of inspectors and junior inspectors
