• Develop contingent labor strategies with internal stakeholders and talent acquisition.
• Negotiate global contracts focusing on pricing structures and SLAs.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 4+ years experience in purchasing/contract negotiation/supply chain OR bachelor's with 6+ years OR 10+ years experience.
• Experience in purchasing or contract negotiation.
• Experience in material or production planning.
• Experience in operations or supply chain management.

• Indirect procurement experience with human resources or professional services focus.
• Proven track record managing contingent labor programs.
