You'll lead and scale multiple engineering teams within the Core Experience organization of a fast-growing AI-native product company. You'll define technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and partner with Product and Design to deliver high-quality user-facing experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale engineering teams including Engineering Managers and senior engineers.
• Define and drive technical strategy across core product experience.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate strategy into execution plans.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, user-facing product experiences.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background with ability to contribute to architecture discussions.
• Experience defining and executing technical roadmaps across large product areas.
• Track record of coaching and developing engineering leaders.
