- Own a portfolio of B2B member accounts with full accountability for retention and growth.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders from procurement to C-suite.
- Drive net revenue retention through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead structured account reviews and business planning sessions.
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
- 3 years in a SaaS or subscription-based B2B environment (required).
- Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing book of business.
- Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
