  • Own a portfolio of B2B member accounts with full accountability for retention and growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders from procurement to C-suite.
  • Drive net revenue retention through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead structured account reviews and business planning sessions.

  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
  • 3 years in a SaaS or subscription-based B2B environment (required).
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within an existing book of business.
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
