Description

In this role, you'll leverage data and analytical thinking to shape Lyft's products and business decisions, focusing on expanding premium Luxury modes, international presence, and Autonomous Vehicles. You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to drive strategic roadmap and market growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in management consulting, strategic data science/analytics in tech, or equivalent analytical role in high growth startup
• Experience leading high visibility projects and influencing cross-functional teams
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and data storytelling
• Strong ability to build decision making frameworks and analyze large datasets
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership and drives results

Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks and deliver analyses to guide decision-making and prioritization across functions
• Uncover new areas of opportunity to grow Lyft's driver population
• Manage, build, and automate models and reporting to provide actionable insights on volume, efficiency, and driver experience
• Utilize data and analyses to influence business strategy and product roadmaps
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Data Science; present findings to senior leadership
