💼 About This Role

You'll own the firmographic data product roadmap for a People Intelligence platform. Your work will directly unlock search, segmentation, and analytics capabilities for customers. This role defines the strategy for company entity resolution and enrichment at a fast-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer and product feedback into a prioritized data roadmap
• Drive initiatives to improve company data coverage, structure, and accuracy
• Define and evolve firmographic data and entity models
• Establish data quality KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in data products, platforms, or analytics
• Proven experience owning and managing complex datasets or data pipelines
• 3–5 years as a dedicated Data Product Manager

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with entity-based datasets (company, people, or product data)
• Familiarity with entity resolution, data reconciliation, and attribute normalization
• Working fluency with SQL and data exploration tools
