Description

You will design and develop customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations for Salesforce to scale business solutions, with a focus on security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions from discovery to deployment. Mentor other engineers and set high coding standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience in Java, Python or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Process Automation, and LWC
• Experience architecting and implementing complex projects for Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud
• Solid understanding of secure Salesforce solutions and data protection
• Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Jenkins or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations
• Translate business needs into well-architected, scalable, and secure solutions
• Own project delivery from discovery to deployment as team lead
• Mentor other engineers and define high coding standards
• Drive technical initiatives across multiple BT teams and influence technology roadmap
