You will lead capability building initiatives within the Development Clinical Sciences organization, creating a strategic roadmap and executing growth strategies. This role is critical in advancing drug development for RAS-addicted cancers.

Requirements

• BS/BA in life science, business management, organizational psychology or related
• 12+ years relevant experience with 5+ years people management
• Ability to translate strategy into action with strong influence skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in project management and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Create a strategic roadmap for DCS and lead execution of the growth strategy
• Serve as champion for DCS growth and enablement vision
• Develop a team to drive strategic enablement initiatives and build sustainable capabilities
• Create a leadership dashboard to track progress, risks, and dependencies
• Be a role model for company core values
