As an Employee Experience Intern at SentinelOne, you'll help create a meaningful workplace through onboarding, benefits coordination, wellness initiatives, internal communications, and event planning. You'll gain hands-on exposure to HR, culture, and operations in a fast-growing tech company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creative and proactive in enhancing team culture
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in employee engagement, events, and wellness

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding logistics, materials, and checklists
• Coordinate first-day experiences and gather feedback
• Organize and track benefit usage, maintain documentation
• Assist in planning in-person events and team activities
• Maintain records, support internal process improvements
