• Configure, implement, and maintain healthcare applications across their lifecycle.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex application issues.
• Manage or support mid-sized IT projects including planning and coordination.
• Develop test plans and validation processes to ensure system integrity.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of application support or systems analysis in IT/healthcare.
• Experience with complex healthcare systems (EHR, billing, scheduling).
• Strong understanding of system configuration and application lifecycle management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and/or claims systems.
• Epic certification or willingness to obtain and maintain certification.
• Experience participating in or supporting IT projects of mid-size.
