Requirements

• Law degree (JD or equivalent)
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in M&A, corporate law, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Deep expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
• Clear, analytical communication and ability to explain complex deal concepts with precision

• Review and assess AI-generated content related to M&A scenarios

• Document performance gaps
