💼 About This Role

You'll join a Microsoft Partner team to ensure smooth operation of clients' cloud environments. You'll provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in Azure. This role offers valuable experience in cloud computing and Azure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents for customer Azure infrastructure.
• Triage and disposition telemetry alerts as they come in.
• Install, configure, and administer customer systems in Azure.
• Communicate technical issues to clients in clear terms.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a help desk or systems administration role.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Familiarity with virtual servers and networking concepts.
• Willingness to obtain Public Trust Clearance within 90 days.

• Experience supporting virtual servers and troubleshooting network issues.
• Experience in a managed services or NOC environment.
• Experience reviewing technical logs and triaging telemetry alerts.
