Description

You will assist with day-to-day coordination for brand experience accounts, including preparing materials, tracking timelines, and supporting communication between internal teams and clients. Gain hands-on agency experience while reporting directly to the Account Manager and Senior Account Executive.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college/university
• Effective written communication skills
• Highly organized and process-oriented
• Time management skills
• Interest in marketing or advertising

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external project management for core accounts
• Assist with meeting preparation, taking notes, and circulating recaps
• Develop and manage decks in Google Slides and Keynote
• Participate in brainstorm and planning sessions
• Collect and display event metrics
