🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage work orders using CMMS systems
• Administer computer rooms including condition monitoring
• Schedule and oversee contractor services
• Create and maintain CAD drawings of facilities

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in construction or building maintenance
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA and NYS DOL regulations
• Valid New York State driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• IFMA or BOMA facilities certification
• OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer certification
• Certification in Business Continuity Planning
