💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end order management and drive deal desk operations for a high-growth SaaS company. Your core impact will be enabling scalable deal structures and providing proactive insights to sales leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support annual planning for territories, coverage, and segmentation.
• Own day-to-day order management, including quote review and approvals.
• Partner with Sales to structure deals and act as escalation point.
• Manage intake and prioritization of deal desk requests.
• Enforce compliance with bookings policy and Rules of Engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk in SaaS.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ACV/ARR, pipeline coverage).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Clari or similar forecasting tools.
• Cross-functional partnership with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Experience supporting annual planning (territories, quotas, capacity).
