You'll design and run AI adoption and enablement programs for the Talent Acquisition team at a Series D mental healthcare company. You'll ensure recruiters and hiring managers are effectively using AI tools and modern workflows, driving measurable impact across the entire hiring ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of tooling transformation and company-wide AI adoption with clear benchmarks.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design AI adoption programs that enable TA team to use AI in workflows
  • Build recruiter skill development, tooling onboarding, and process documentation
  • Own hiring manager and interviewer enablement end-to-end
  • Define success metrics and build dashboards showing enablement ROI

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Owned enablement or learning programs end-to-end
  • Actively use and have opinions on AI tools and can teach others
  • Bring structure to ambiguity
  • Worked in or closely alongside Talent Acquisition and understand recruiter workflow
