You'll lead a small team of sales engineers as a player/coach, owning technical sales efforts for the Puppet portfolio. You'll work with multiple account executives to conduct customer discovery and deliver demos and PoCs that demonstrate ROI. This hybrid London role combines management with hands-on technical sales.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives on technical sales efforts
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer business objectives
  • Deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and PoCs
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Engineers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution engineering
  • 1โ€“2 years of team lead or management experience
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Fluency in French
  • Puppet knowledge
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Salt)
