Description

Lead and grow a team of electronics engineers to design, develop, and validate next-generation satellite electronic hardware. You will oversee the hardware lifecycle, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive innovation in satellite technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field
• 5+ years of professional experience in fast-paced product design and development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing complex electronic hardware from concept to production
• Proven experience building and managing teams of engineers
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder

• Develop project schedules aligning hardware development with program timeline
