Requirements

• Valid LPN license in Rhode Island
• Ability to work independently
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in home settings
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care (with paid training)
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Work flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours, 1st/2nd/3rd shift
