🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and publish recurring external and internal insight reports on industry trends and customer behavior.
• Analyze merchant, consumer, and product data to identify ecosystem trends and growth opportunities.
• Build deep customer understanding to support segmentation and go-to-market strategies.
• Define merchant segmentation frameworks and benchmark models for strategic decision-making.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or data roles within SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth tech.
• Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred) and strong Python skills with hands-on dbt experience.
• Executive-facing reporting and dashboard creation using BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of product analytics and SaaS growth metrics and how insights drive strategy.
