• Build and maintain operational workflows and project management systems.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or production coordination in creative, media, or marketing environments.
• Systems thinker — ability to organize complexity into clarity.
• Data-fluent — comfortable building dashboards and running reports.
• Master coordinator — successfully managed multi-stakeholder projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in production operations or creative project management.
• Comfort with AI tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Experience with forward capacity planning or demand forecasting.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and attribution.
