You will lead Koalafi's Product organization, defining and executing a multi-year product strategy that drives growth and profitability in partnership with executive leadership. Elevate product thinking across the company, balancing customer needs with risk, compliance, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strategic and transformational leadership experience in product
• Experience leading product organizations (PM and Design)
• Customer empathy and analytical rigor
• Fintech or financial services background preferred
• Ability to balance growth with risk and compliance

Responsibilities

• Co-create and refine long-term product vision with CPTO
• Define and own multi-year product strategy aligned to growth and profitability
• Translate strategic priorities into outcome-driven roadmap across product lines
• Lead and develop product management and design teams
• Strengthen discovery and execution capabilities
