As a Visual Merchandising Associate, you will bring our brand vision to life through compelling in-store displays, ensuring product presentation aligns with corporate guidelines to drive traffic and maximize sales.

Requirements

• Ability to work Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends
• Commitment to prioritizing customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and fitting rooms
• Share feedback and insights with VM Manager weekly
• Contribute to positive team morale

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate product presentation including dressing room outfits, mannequin dressing, and foldings per corporate guidelines
• Complete weekly Go Lives in an organized and timely manner
• Ensure VM equipment and props are in good condition and centrally located
• Oversee VM recovery efforts such as swapping low lines and moving slow sellers
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximize sales
