Description

You will ensure prompt and courteous handling of customer needs, assist with order entry and fulfillment, and act as a liaison between production, customers, and sales personnel. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth sales process and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service work experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders including order placement, template scheduling, delivery, and installation
• Enter orders in Stone Profits System
• Communicate with Sourcing team and SOPT to secure needed product
• Coordinate with production or scheduling managers regarding special requirements
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
