Description

As a Maintenance Technician on the day shift, you will perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, analyze and diagnose equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. You'll work both independently and as part of a team to support reliability and uptime at a leading building-envelope company.

Requirements

• Ability to wire motors, motor starters, relays, and VFDs
• Plumbing skills (PVC, black iron, copper pipe)
• Ability to cut with oxy/acetylene and plasma cutter
• Troubleshoot problems using prints
• Work safely and independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production machinery following PM job plans and safety procedures
• Audit completed PMs for quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Support PM planning by reviewing tasks, parts, and schedules
• Enter PM results into CMMS (eMaint) for reliability reporting
• Identify equipment issues and improvement opportunities for uptime
