💼 About This Role

You'll lead facilities operations and construction for fusion energy projects at a leading private fusion company. Your core impact is developing strategic campus expansion plans and executing capital projects while managing a large team. You'll also engage with local officials and external partners to drive site permitting and infrastructure upgrades.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations in Devens and Somerville MA
• Develop long-term strategic plans for campus expansion and future sites
• Lead capital projects including new factory construction and renovations
• Manage space planning for office and factory needs in a fast-paced environment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years at director level in facilities, maintenance, or construction roles
• Direct experience building industrial facilities >200k sq ft and >$100M project cost
• Experience managing a team size of 25+ people

✨ Nice to Have

• 15+ years' leadership experience in advanced manufacturing facilities
• Experience in corporate hospitality or customer-facing role
• Experience with real estate brokerage
