You'll supervise day-to-day battery manufacturing and testing operations for the first global cellular broadband network in space. Your leadership will ensure end-to-end production and validation meet strict quality and performance standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise battery production and testing activities per work instructions and quality standards
• Oversee cell receiving, inspection, processing, cycling, grading, and matching
• Manage mechanical and electrical assembly operations for battery packs
• Partner with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot production or test failures

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years supervising production, manufacturing, or test operations in a technical environment
• Ability to coordinate personnel across shifts to meet production schedules and quality objectives
• Knowledge of 6S standards and operational effectiveness in production areas

• Experience supporting battery, electronics, or precision assembly manufacturing
• Familiarity with battery testing, cycling, and electrical validation
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
