You'll manage live events including video and audio mixing, camera operations, and floor management. Live event AV operations and corporate video conferencing are key parts of the role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide best-in-class AV support for internal and external events.
• Perform daily technical checks and troubleshooting of AV equipment.
• Operate live events: video/audio mixing, camera, lighting, floor management.
• Set up and test videoconferences with remote locations.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience as a live event technician.
• Expertise in professional audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Proficiency in video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
• Strong understanding of AV signal routing and control systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering or related field.
• Japanese language skills.
• Experience with video editing software.
