You'll join an early-stage fintech startup to build AI-powered customer experience systems. Your core impact will be designing AI agents that handle support tickets efficiently while handling complex escalations when human judgment matters. This role combines support engineering and customer service in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and iterate on AI CX agents to process incoming tickets
  • Review AI agent performance and real customer interactions
  • Handle complex, sensitive escalations that require manual investigation
  • Identify patterns across conversations to improve workflows

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience at a high-growth consumer startup
  • Strong quantitative/systems thinking and pattern recognition
  • Experience in a regulated fintech environment
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis

  • Experience building AI agents or support automation
  • Familiarity with data tools for identifying trends
