Description

You will work under the direction of the IT team to provide support with technology that our people rely on to develop design solutions for leading health, education and business organizations. You'll monitor helpdesk tickets, provide end user support for Windows and Microsoft Office, and help prepare and set up employee equipment.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Associate or Bachelor degree in IT or related field
  • Knowledge of MS Windows desktop and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and innovative thinking
  • Ability to work with IT team for technical problem resolution

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Helpdesk: receive, escalate, and close tickets
  • Manage end user expectations for issue resolution time
  • Provide end user support for Windows, Microsoft Office issues
  • Prepare, set up, and coordinate employee equipment
  • Identify areas needing upgraded equipment; assist with upgrades
