๐ผ About This Role
You'll own Northern Europe's revenue and lead enterprise sales teams across UKI, Benelux, and Nordics. You'll shape the operating model, build the partner ecosystem, and drive consistent, scaled revenue. This role offers autonomy to build a high-growth territory from early traction to market leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and expand Enterprise Sales teams across three sub-regions
- Own quarterly and annual quota attainment for Northern Europe
- Engage directly in strategic deals as executive sponsor
- Build hyperscaler and GSI/RSI partner relationships to generate pipeline
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
- 3+ years in regional leadership managing quota-carrying AEs
- Track record of exceeding regional revenue targets across multiple quarters
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries and time zones
โจ Nice to Have
- Background selling to technical buyers (CTOs, platform teams)
- Experience in AI, data, or developer tooling space
- Familiarity with LangChain ecosystem
