You'll provide personal care and companionship to adults, helping them stay safe and independent at home. You'll follow a written plan of care to assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. BAYADA offers paid training and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders and vital sign checks
• Help with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices

📋 Requirements

• Current CHHA license in New Jersey
• Minimum one year work experience
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
• Passion for caregiving and commitment to quality care
