You'll serve as the primary operational engine for the SVP of Real Estate, managing high-stakes priorities and ensuring the Real Estate function operates at peak velocity. You'll act as an executive proxy, exercising delegated authority and representing the SVP in internal and external forums. This role offers an unfettered view of complex commercial transactions and power acquisition strategies within a high-growth energy infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and optimize the SVP's workflow for highest-impact initiatives.
• Represent the SVP in internal and external forums.
• Manage approvals, escalations, and delegated decisions.
• Serve as central communications hub drafting executive correspondence.
• Track critical deal milestones and portfolio-level deliverables.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years in senior business operations, executive partnership, or real estate operations.
• Strong background in commercial real estate, energy infrastructure, or large-scale industrial development.
• Proven ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills comfortable navigating lease agreements and high-level strategy.
