You'll join Skyscanner's User Satisfaction team in Edinburgh to deliver excellent support to travelers and champion the traveller voice internally. You'll take full ownership of enquiries and work with cross-functional teams to improve experiences.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver quality support to travelers using Skyscanner
  • Own traveler problems from start to finish
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams
  • Analyze feedback to spot trends and improve product

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in online customer service, ideally in digital or tech
  • Fluent in written English
  • Complaint-handling skills for written interactions
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Travel industry experience
  • Additional languages (Arabic, Italian, German)
  • Experience with Zendesk or JIRA
