You'll join Skyscanner's User Satisfaction team in Edinburgh to deliver excellent support to travelers and champion the traveller voice internally. You'll take full ownership of enquiries and work with cross-functional teams to improve experiences.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver quality support to travelers using Skyscanner
- Own traveler problems from start to finish
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Engineering teams
- Analyze feedback to spot trends and improve product
๐ Requirements
- Experience in online customer service, ideally in digital or tech
- Fluent in written English
- Complaint-handling skills for written interactions
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
โจ Nice to Have
- Travel industry experience
- Additional languages (Arabic, Italian, German)
- Experience with Zendesk or JIRA
