You'll join the Corporate Cross-Functional Reporting team to build scalable BI solutions that deliver trusted, actionable insights across finance, accounting, compliance, and people functions. You'll drive BI modernization and enable operational visibility through data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and define analytical approaches.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and tools for operational visibility and strategic insights.
• Build and maintain reusable data models ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Automate recurring analytical workflows to reduce manual reporting effort.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools like Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to craft compelling, data-driven stories for non-technical audiences.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
