You'll identify and engage top talent to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs at Everpure, a company reshaping the data storage industry. You'll own the top of the funnel, designing sourcing strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates.
• Partner with Recruiters to refine messaging and improve conversion.
• Manage active applicants and conduct initial screening conversations.

📋 Requirements

• Direct experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in agency or in-house.
• Strong command of advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates for niche roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools for pipeline management.
