You'll design and deploy large-scale Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers like Delta Airlines and MetLife. You'll own the end-to-end solution architecture, from discovery to deployment, ensuring measurable business impact. This role offers the chance to shape the AI transformation of global brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions to map business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design agentic orchestration strategies and solution blueprints using Netomi's platform.
• Define end-to-end AI architectures including intents, actions, tools, and integration points.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to translate customer requirements into features.

📋 Requirements

• 4–10 years in Solutions Architecture for enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.
• Experience designing complex workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Customer-facing consulting with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and data flows.

• Background in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, or RPA.
• Experience with enterprise systems like CRM or ticketing.
