You'll manage a tech domain like billing or finance, working with client and internal teams to deliver solutions. • Manage relationship with client product owners and business owners
• Serve as first point of contact for tech development and escalation
• Triages incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally
• Summarize and articulate client needs to enable platform development

📋 Requirements

• Client delivery and/or product ownership experience
• Agile delivery experience
• Experience with product management and customer journeys
• Fluent English and French
