Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
• Proven track record of raising the talent bar for engineering roles
• Experience with structured hiring, calibration, and interviewer training
• Strong sourcing and closing skills with tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn
