Description

You will serve as the operational backbone of external partnerships, driving the delivery of assets and features for upcoming AAA titles. You will bridge internal leads and global vendors, ensuring seamless technical onboarding, financial tracking, and communication pipelines.

Requirements

• Project management mastery with JIRA and Confluence, ability to build tracking dashboards
• Attention to detail due to financial impact (vendor budgets, invoice verification, SOWs)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative attitude
• Strategic thinking to create and track processes balancing time, cost, and quality
• Highly Desirable: experience managing technical access to enterprise systems (Perforce, Shotgrid/Flow) and equipment logistics
• Basic knowledge of video game engines and DCC software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender)

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in the internal-to-external pipeline and propose process improvements
• Own end-to-end technical onboarding and hardware logistics for external teams
• Assist in drafting SOWs and Change Orders; perform first-pass invoice verification
• Maintain a comprehensive map of vendor staffing levels and availability
• Lead daily maintenance of EXDEV tracking tools, triage tickets, ensure data integrity
• Act as primary coordinator between external vendors and internal discipline leads; lead status meetings
• Prepare regular progress reports highlighting milestone completion and risks
• Organize and lead vendor retrospectives after major milestones
