You'll lead month-end close and prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for a private equity-backed home improvement company. Your insights will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements across multiple business units.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and variance analysis
• Support external audits and strengthen internal controls

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred (Big 4 or national firm)
• ERP proficiency (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)

• CPA license or actively pursuing
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
