You'll own monthly and quarterly forecasting for Upwork's corporate balance sheet and cash flow statements, partnering with the VP of Finance and executive leadership to shape financial strategy. You'll deliver executive-ready materials including monthly forecast presentations and quarterly Board of Directors decks. This role offers regular exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to leverage AI tools for efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly/quarterly forecasting for balance sheet and cash flow statements
• Lead variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to executives
• Develop financial models for fixed assets, equity, and cash flows
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and Board materials

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong acumen analyzing balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience using AI tools for financial analysis
