Description

In this high-impact role, you will drive client implementations by coordinating with internal and external teams, defining project scope, and leading technical projects from planning to launch. You will work directly with APIs, troubleshoot issues, and manage complex interdependencies to successfully bring client programs to market.

Requirements

• BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
• Excellent organization skills and ability to communicate with multiple teams
• Experience with APIs, cloud networking, Postman, and software development lifecycle
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience preferred or Master's and 3+ years
• Ability to earn trust, build positive relationships, and contribute to inclusive culture

Responsibilities

• Manage complex interdependencies across cross-functional teams to build and launch client programs
• Provide planning and advisory guidance on implementations to clients and internal teams
• Review project status, set deadlines, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
• Drive resolution of complex project challenges using expert judgment and innovative methodologies
• Work directly with APIs, review Splunk logs, and troubleshoot technical issues
