💼 About This Role

You'll oversee global ecommerce payment processing and fraud monitoring for The Pokémon Company International. Your work will directly protect revenue and improve operational efficiency across automated retail channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor ecommerce transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Support chargeback and dispute investigations and submissions.
• Reconcile gift cards, international markets, and ecommerce platforms.
• Generate monthly payment trend reports and KPI dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or payment operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics).
• Exposure to payment gateways and digital reconciliation tools.
• Familiarity with chargeback processes and card network rules.

• Experience with fraud monitoring or revenue recovery.
• International payments or multi-currency transaction experience.
• Experience with automated retail or vending operations.
