🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory rotation, scheduling, and administrative checklists
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training
• Deliver real-time coaching and performance feedback
• Manage bakery operations independently in BOM's absence

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Ability to maintain product quality and food safety standards
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
