Description

You will drive MongoDB adoption among strategic customers by engaging senior technical leadership, positioning MongoDB for modernizing legacy applications and building GenAI applications. You'll align with sales, develop technical engagements, and represent MongoDB at industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical consulting in Principal-level roles in Solutions Architecture, Developer Advocacy, or Enterprise Consulting
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise-scale RDBMS, MongoDB, or other database solutions
• Proven experience in modernization initiatives migrating legacy database platforms (e.g., Oracle, DB2, Sybase)
• Strong understanding of database architectures, distributed systems, and cloud computing
• Proficiency in at least one of: Java, C#, Python

Responsibilities

• Engage and influence executives and technical decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies
• Develop and deliver technical engagements and targeted education sessions with Strategic Developer Relations team
• Maintain deep technical expertise in MongoDB products and industry trends
• Gather feedback and assess customer sentiment to influence product roadmap
• Represent MongoDB at industry conferences, contribute thought leadership through blogs and whitepapers
